The History of Our Company
Caballero & Sons, Inc. was established in 1964 under the name, Bob Caballero Plumbing by Arcelio and Evelyn Caballero and incorporated in 1967. At that time, we serviced the areas of Marlboro, Morganville, Maralapan, Freehold and parts of Howell. Through hard work and great care, the business flourished and soon became a family affair. In 1979, after graduating school, Michael J. Caballero joined the staff to learn all aspects of the business. Then in 1982, Michael became vice-president, at which time was born Caballero & Sons Plumbing & Heating, Inc. As the business continued to grow, so did the family staff. In 1985, after graduating school, John P. Caballero joined the company.
One year later, in 1986, we experienced the passing of our proud father and founder, Arcelio. At this time, Michael became president of the company that his father had taken such pride in. Then in 1988, to carry on the legacy, Robert Caballero joined the service department where he still continues the same quality service that Arcelio would expect. In 1992, John became vice-president, and Evelyn Caballero, mother and founder of Bob Caballero Plumbing, decided it was time to step down and allow the children to run the company as she and our beloved father once had. In 1997 we expanded our service area to all of Central Jersey.
We continue to grow, to flourish and to offer our customers the best in quality work and service.
